How does the free trial work?
Our free trial is designed to let you experience the full power of the platform without a time constraint. Instead of limiting how many days you have to use the software, we limit the volume of work you can process.
What’s included: You have access to all core features immediately, including:
- Unlimited Users: Invite your entire team to collaborate.
- Unlimited Templates: Create as many workflow designs as you need to find the perfect fit for your process.
The Usage Limits: The trial remains free until you reach one of the following milestones:
- 500 Workflow Steps Completed: The total number of individual actions or steps marked as "complete" across your account.
- 50 Workflow Instances Completed: The total number of full workflows finished from start to end.
What happens when I hit a limit? Once you reach either 500 steps or 50 completed workflows, your trial limits are met. To continue completing steps and running workflows, you will be prompted to upgrade to our Basic Plan, which starts at $99/month.
What does "Unlimited Users" really mean?
It means exactly that: zero restrictions on the number of people you can invite to your account.Unlike many software platforms that charge "per seat" or "per license," we do not charge based on how many people are on your team. We believe that collaboration shouldn't cost extra.Who you can invite: You can grant access to anyone involved in your process, including:
- Internal Team: Employees and management.
- External Partners: Subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Stakeholders: Anyone else who needs to view progress or sign off on work.
How it works: You can invite a new user simply by entering their email address or telephone number. They will receive a secure link to join your workspace. Once inside, they can immediately begin viewing tasks and completing steps within your workflows.
Note: While adding users is free, remember that the steps they complete count toward your plan's usage limits (e.g., the 500-step limit on the Free Trial).
How is pricing determined?
Our pricing is built entirely around usage and data needs, not the size of your team. We believe you shouldn't be penalized for inviting more collaborators or designing more processes.The Baseline (Included in Every Plan): Regardless of which tier you choose (including Free), you always get:
- Unlimited Users: Invite as many employees, partners, or subcontractors as you want.
- Unlimited Templates: Create as many different workflow designs as you need.
What changes between plans: Since we don't charge per user, our plans scale based on the volume of work you do and the data retention you require. As you move up in tiers, you gain higher allowances for:
- Volume: The number of steps and completed workflows allowed per month.
- Data Retention: How long we store your workflow history and audit logs.
- Storage: The capacity for file uploads (photos, documents, etc.) attached to steps.
- Support: The level of access to our customer success team.
Plan Structure Example:Why this model? This ensures that small teams with light usage can start for free, while larger organizations with heavy data and compliance needs pay for the infrastructure and support they consume.
